  The sales people were super friendly and accommodating, filled up my tank before I left, and helped me quickly finish the sale so I could leave with my used vehicle. The only thing is they let me leave with an out break light, I think that should have definitely been fixed prior to sale but it was quick and easy to do when I got home. 10/10 recommend isn’t the first car I’ve got from lithia and I’m not disappointed

  Highly Recommend Lithia Ford in Roseburg – Great Maverick Hybrid Purchase Experience I recently purchased a Ford Maverick Hybrid AWD from Lithia Ford in Roseburg and couldn’t be happier with the experience. I was specifically looking for a Maverick Hybrid but wanted to avoid loading it up with too many extras that would drive the price up. After comparing inventory in the Eugene/Springfield area, Lithia Ford in Roseburg clearly had the best selection. I found a truck I liked and worked with a salesperson through email to negotiate the deal. The communication was honest, straightforward, and very clear throughout the entire process. Once we agreed on a price, my son drove me down to Roseburg to complete the purchase. From the moment I arrived, everything went smoothly. The test drive, paperwork, and delivery were all handled efficiently and professionally. The entire team was genuinely friendly and helpful — I really enjoyed working with everyone involved. I’m already looking forward to returning to their service department to have one of the options installed. Overall, I’m very grateful to Lithia Ford of Roseburg for making the buying process so pleasant and stress-free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a Ford, especially a Maverick.

  Got me the car I wanted and I'm living out of state. Cliff has been been super attentive, kind, patient, and very forward. He even test drove the car for me and informed me of an issue needing attention, kept me updated throughout the process of having the rim replaced, and was totally fine and understanding with me constantly asking for updates 😃 Also, Devin and Sandra both stayed in close contact without being overly aggressive for a sale. 100/10 will buy from again, y'all are the best!

  Took my 2010 F250 in due to engine failure. It took awhile for the repair of the truck. Trenton was awesome he was diligent in making sure that I understood what was going on. Even when there was a delay in the motor getting to the shop. I have nothing but respect for Trenton. Finally after delays the truck was done detailed and given back. Way to go Trenton and the team. Definitely secured my business with them. By the way the truck runs smooth and strong thanks again on making sure everything was to customer satisfaction.

  Lithia body shop swapped out my passenger side mirror,everything was perfect...they even shuttled me home then back to the shop once it was done..I was tickled pink that they handwashed my Cadillac....it doesn't matter what brand of vehicle ive owned..I've taken my cars their for 10yrs now....there service is remarkable..thank you lithia of roseburg,and thank you to your wonderful staff,roger
