a month agoPeople are amazing. They’re very wonderful knowledgeable and respectful. Had a great experience with Cesar Sanchez He’s the one that helped me throw the process in buying my Hyundai calligraphy.

a month agoMy salesman Joe V was absolutely amazing! I was in need of a car desperately and Joe was on the ball with making me feel very much at ease with the whole experience. I ended up with a car I would have never imagined for myself. Thank you Joe for being wonderful and understanding. You're the best! I would come to you for any future car needs.

2 months agoWent and seen Iris 3 days ago and test drove a 2026 venue for my wife and the very next day drove it home. Iris was amazing, helpful, friendly and absolutely gave no pressure to any of the car buying process. This is my wife very first car and Iris made everything smooth and made the process so easy. If you want good car buying experience go see Iris at Hyundai Reno. Thank you Iris....

4 months agoI leased a 2024 Ioniq 5 in February of last year. I originally came in to see about refinancing a 2023 Elantra that I previously had gotten at this same dealership, very great experience the first time. This time I was helped by both Luke (not my original salesman) and Ryan. While negotiating and after some back and forth I walked out with the Ioniq. While the car itself is great, I was sold on a “half truth” by Ryan when it came to how the tax credit system works(the sales manager at the time). While negotiating, Ryan starts to tell me about the EV tax credits and how the Ioniq and how these cars qualify for the above. Unfortunately it seemed as if he himself didn’t know fully about what qualifies when he told me this. As here I am a year later learning my model specific vin was not apart of the “Q4” Ioniqs, and was assembled outside of the US. Long story short I leave this dealership today after two weeks of phone calls between different sales managers trying to figure out if it does or not, while there I’m informed both Ryan and Luke no longer work for this dealership anymore. I understand and am frankly alright with the fact that this car doesn’t qualify, that is something I myself take full responsibility for. Where my problem stems from is how during the deal, this information was told to me with the implication my car automatically qualified when it didn’t. This is absolutely a huge oversight in my opinion. Especially when it’s a business deal. I appreciate all the help from the current staff and sales managers, but I don’t see myself financing or leasing another vehicle after my contract is up. Although i do really like Hyundais manufacturing quality, I feel personally wronged by the two who originally helped me on the day of the sale, I’m just glad to hear they’re no longer working there.

4 months agoDo not buy from this place stay away from Lithia. I bought brand new 2025 Hyundai Elantra with carplay problems trunk not closing right they serviced it and the trunk is not closing right and the carplay still not working right we got the car with 0 miles and experiencing problems. I loaded two videos the white car is my car and the video of the new one closest perfectly. At the service they dismissed it and the sales person and the service person said that's how you're supposed to close it with effort.. I think we're going to choose to trade our car with Toyota this is too much with Lithia too stressful
