  This was just about the best experience one could hope for when buying a car! From start to finish, the process was fast, straightforward, and completely pressure-free.   My son came in to buy his first car. I thought this was a reputable dealership. They outright lied about the terms of the loan. I should have read over the contract better but I thought they were trustworthy. We told them multiple times we weren't going to finance over 60 months and over a certain rate. We talked about it multiple times. They came in at one point with a estimated contract terms and it said 72 months I reminded them we did not want to finance for that long they said no problem and went back to work on it. They came back and said we got your interest rate down a point instead. We signed and sure enough we got the Ioan information in the mail today and sure enough it says 72 months. As I said I should have read it over better however it makes them seem pretyy shady to outright lie to our faces. Wont be doing business there again. To top it off we have to bring the car back due to some strange noise it's making and my son has only had it for 2 weeks.

  DO NOT GO HERE! My transmission stopped working hours away from home this was the closest "shop". I figured I could trust the dealership. Asked them for a simple drain and fill to get back on the road and make it home. They told me my transmission was blown and needed a new one for $8,000. What a joke. Had to spend $1000 and cancel my trip to get my truck towed home. Put new fluid and filter in myself, guess what, truck runs and drives completely fine!!! $140 on oil and filter instead of 8 grand. Almost took their word for it too wow.

  We found it to be the most enjoyable purchasing experience of an automobile. Our salesman Michael Gerosin, was courteous, friendly and very helpful. No pressure whatsoever. As a matter of fact, we left to go have a private discussion of our purchase. We would highly recommend anyone to purchase here locally in our town. Redding. And as a matter of fact competitively shopping 2 to $3,000 less than any Toyota dealer South.
