  The absolute best costumer service from start to finish! Jon was amazing.. he listened to everything I was looking for and found the perfect vehicle for myself and my family. He answered all of my questions and made the entire process easy. Leon and David were very efficient and helpful as well! I highly recommend going to Lowery Bros Infiniti of Syracuse if you’re looking for a new or used car.

  Every person at the Lowry Brothers Infiniti of Syracuse were very polite and helpful. I felt very comfortable the entire time. The snacks and refreshments were wonderful. A special thanks to Dave for being thorough about what was happening with my car. It was a great experience being at their dealership.

  Service department,David was very helpful in explaining what had to be done and also how much it would cost. Jason also was helpful what was needed and time to do the repairs. My only gripe was the cost for the repair. A vehicle only 7 years old shouldn’t have had a spring break no matter what. I have had other cars for years and years and never had a problem like this. 1200.00 dollars is quite a shock just to replaces spring no matter what. Anyway thanks for the time to chat.

  Outstanding experience with the Service Department…The service appointment on my Q60 was seamless from beginning to end! I was given a convenient appointment time, provided a loaner, the work was completed in a most reasonable time and the service staff was OUTSTANDING!!! Polite, informative, professional and friendly… another great experience w the team at Infiniti! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I am very pleased with the work done on my Infiniti Q50. The car drives beautifully now - like brand new! Dave was very pleasant and not pushy at all. Always have a good experience with the service dept.
