6 months agoOutstanding service at Lucas Smith Dodge Service Center! I was told my service would take 1–2 hours and they had me done in under 30 minutes — absolutely impressive. The mechanics here are top-notch: fast, knowledgeable, and clearly experts at what they do. When I got my vehicle back, it was clean, and even the seat was returned to my exact position. That kind of attention to detail is rare and shows real respect for customers. No upselling, no runaround — just honest, efficient, high-quality work. This is hands-down one of the best service centers I’ve ever used. Highly recommend to anyone who values their time and their vehicle!

a month agoMy husband recently purchased a used Dodge Ram 2500 and was assisted by Zach. He was very helpful and guided us through the sale. Also, a shoutout to Jackie, who took care of the paperwork for us - this is the fourth vehicle we have purchased from Lucas-Smith and Jackie has assisted us every time - very knowledgeable! Thanks, Zack and Jackie!

a month agoI having been bringing my jeep wrangler into the center for almost a year now. When we first bought the jeep, my husband was taking it to the Jeep dealership in South County. The service there was SO bad, and it really upset us because we are kind people. We didn’t even realize there was a Jeep dealership in our own town…newbies! The first time we brought our Jeep in, we met Nick and right away we knew we found the place go. Nick handled us with the best Customer Service we’ve ever had at a dealership…ever (and we’ve lived all over the country and have had MANY vehicles)! To put it simple, he makes things easy and he is kind. My jeep had recalls on things and I was so confused on what to do.. The dealership in South County had no direction for me, but they definitely charged me a ton of extra money for basically doing nothing but checking out my car to tell me they didn’t know. Nick actually looked into the recall, looked at my jeep, spent real time chatting to us and now I finally have the right battery. He has made every visit so pleasant, as well as the rest of the team there. We own a food truck and hopefully one day can bring it to the dealership or do a catering for this team, because they TRULY deserve it. Whoever is in charge of putting together Catering’s for these guys and gals, PLEASE reach out to me. I would love to help out and treat them to some delicious Hawaiian Food! Thank you for being an excellent hometown dealership that we can trust! Nick you are a gem! Mahalo for being you!

7 months ago20 years ago when Rick Kime managed the service department and Butch was running things, WOW Attentive top notch service!!! I walked into service department desk 12/29/25 at 2:30 in the afternoon. Three employees are standing there. One employee is on the phone and two others are standing there shooting the bull. One of those being Zach the manager popping snacks in his mouth and laughing with another staff. I stand there looking at them for three minutes and finally say excuse me, is Zach the manager available and with food in his mouth he says that is me. I brought my car in the 24 of November to have shocks, rack and pinion and struts to be replaced and not only have you had my Dodge Charger for over a month but you have left the driver window rolled down an inch and yesterday it stormed and poured down rain on Sunday. Zach first ask Dan as if I’m lying about what they done to my car and said is your car soaked inside. Zach never apologized for how long it’s taken to repair my car or that Lucas Smith and its employees didn’t take good care of car while it was there being repaired. The employees are so angry and unhappy that it definitely comes across in lack of service and misery. I had purchased this car from Lucas Smith and purchased a bumper to bumper warranty for as long as I own the car. When I have tried to use my warranty that I purchased. I was met with resistance. I was even told nothing was wrong with my car. I brought it back to Lucas Smith repeatedly. I knew something was wrong and took it to another repair shop. When I took it to another shop. The shop failed its inspection. I come back to Lucas Smith because this is a covered item on my bumper to bumper warranty. Brian the then manager. Processed the warranty and fixed my Charger only after I took it to another shop. When they originally told me nothing was wrong with my automobile. I have had to get an attorney to again use the warranty package that Lucas Smith sold me. They want to hide under

5 months agoThis dealership and service center has put me through hell and back, I had my 2021 jeep renegade towed for service on February 3rd, mind you I have a limited warranty and maximum care warranty on the jeep. After my car being there for a week they call to ask if the car is registered if it’s not they can’t use my warranty unless it’s pre owned , it is in fact pre owned and not registered. Another week goes by they call and tell me my warranty isn’t active because it’s not registered, so they can’t do any repairs, and then they tell me I have to return the rental they provided before 6pm or they would call the cops and file a report that it was stolen, that is bizarre so I get the rental back and then one of the service men tell me “if I was in your position I would let the bank come get it” how unprofessional. So the following week I start making phone calls to my warranty, not only did this dealership lie to me about my warranty stating it needs to be registered they also lied to me that is wasn’t an active warranty. Naturally I decided time had gone on long enough without my vehicle that I need to tow it to another dealership that is actually going to help me, so I try to pick up the keys from this dealership on Monday only to be told I owe them $439!!! For what? A diagnostic fee, I declined and later into that night they called my husband to inform him they made a huge mistake and they were looking at the limited warranty the whole time instead of the maximum care warranty. What an idiotic excuse for handling this whole situation wrong, goes to tell you how thorough this place is with their work. I would not recommend at all, I have been without my jeep now for almost a whole entire month because of them and had to pay out of pocket for a rental when my warranty was active the entire time!! Don’t go here , save yourself the trouble!
