  Overall great experience. The staff was courteous. My sales person, Mr. Williamson was respectful and patient. He was very knowledgeable about the product and listened to my concerns. I am happy with my purchase.

  The was the greatest car buying experience. Lumberton Honda worked with me,the process was quick and ran smoothly. My salesman Jay was great and my finance officer Tyrone Davis was great as well.The even have one of the best General Managers Kent Locklear. Thank you Lumberton Honda the experience was GREAT!

  My experience at Lumberton Honda was excellent! As a first-time buyer, the management team made sure I was placed in a safe and reliable vehicle while still helping me find something sleek and modern that I truly love. Mrs. Jamie was the one who assisted me throughout the process, and she was amazing, extremely personable, patient, and genuinely helpful. She made everything feel easy and stress-free.   J wasn’t just a salesperson he was the reason the whole experience felt easy instead of overwhelming. From the moment I walked in, he made sure I felt comfortable, not pressured. He actually listened to what I needed instead of trying to push something that didn’t fit me or my budget. What stood out the most was his patience. J took the time to explain every detail, answered all my questions without hesitation, and made sure I understood my options before making a decision. He didn’t rush me or make me feel like I had to settle he genuinely wanted me to leave happy. When it came down to getting the car, J worked hard to make it happen. He went above and beyond to find something that matched exactly what I was looking for, and he made sure the process was smooth from start to finish. Because of J, what could have been a stressful situation turned into a positive and memorable experience. I didn’t just leave with a car I left feeling confident in my choice and grateful that I had someone like him helping me along the way.

  Yesterday my "check engine oil" went on while driving from FL. I pulled into this Honda dealership, even though I own a VW. I waited in their nice waiting room. They checked for leaks, topped off my oil and fluids. I was very surprised and grateful that they were able to help me! In addition, they didn't charge me for the service. Thank you for such great customer service!
