  I recently purchased a brand-new vehicle from Kia of Lumberton, and the experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Since I live out of town, I decided to begin the process over the phone to save time and avoid another disappointing dealership experience like I’d had in previous months. From the very beginning, this dealership stood out. I was especially impressed by the quick follow-up after my inquiry and the professionalism and relatability of Kiara, who answers the phone and connects customers with sales staff. She made the process feel welcoming and comfortable right away. Once connected with my salesman, Winston Davis, I immediately felt like I was more than just another sale. He genuinely seemed invested in helping me make the right decision for my situation. What really stood out was his honesty. Winston helped me stay focused on the vehicle that best aligned with my needs and budget instead of making me feel pressured into something else. When I arrived in person to see the vehicles and finalize everything, everything was exactly as Mr. Davis said it would be… no hidden fees, no surprises, and no pressure. The entire process was seamless, and he remained patient, transparent, and professional throughout. I’m beyond happy with my new vehicle, brand new might I add, and grateful for such a positive buying experience, especially as a woman.   Buying a car can be stressful, but this dealership made it incredibly easy. The team was honest, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to make sure I left happy with my purchase. I love my new car and would absolutely recommend this dealership to friends and family.   Be prepared to be taken advantage of especially if you are a female. The advertised price was $36,000 with all incentives which is what got me in the door. I understood I wouldn’t qualify for all of them but their OTD price was $45,000 (9k more than advertised). They also put an MSRP of $13,000 MORE than the window sticker and advertised MSRP that they clearly made up. They tried to tell me the protection package was already added to the vehicle which was clearly a blatant LIE. VERY deceptive business practices. I walked out and even if they offered me an amazing deal, I would not give them my business knowing they likely take advantage of others who are less cognizant.
