  Huge thank you to Cliff and Lums Auto Center for making buying my Bronco Sport ridiculously easy. Cliff personally drove it over 5 hours to deliver it to me, then took my trade-in all the way back. Truly exceptional and personalized service …and a genuinely nice guy to work with. Highly recommend if you want a car-buying experience without the usual headache and circus act.

  I have nothing but good things to say about the people at Lums and all the help they gave me. I went in months ago to look at a car and they gave me some numbers. We decided to wait a little while longer before we got a new car and when my car decided to stop working I called them up and Alex Reed was there to save the day! He remembered what I looked at and what I wanted and was able to help me get a new car in my price range and make it go smoothly and painlessly. I can’t thank them enough at Lums for helping me out of a Ricky situation! I will forever be grateful.

  After having an exhausting and disheartening experience at a different local dealership my husband and I decided to try checking out Lums the next day due to all of the good things we have heard about them. We were kindly greeted immediately by Brad who brought us inside and we told him our situation and what we were looking for. He didn't make it seem impossible for us to get something we would be happy with and he was right! It didn't take very long for us to fall in love with the Acura RDX he showed us and the numbers they ended up getting for us were out of this world! As a growing family we needed a bigger car and he was very helpful finding us something that worked in our budget and offering us a deal we couldn't refuse. Buzz was very helpful in finding us financing deals from different banks that ended up being a really amazing deal for us in the long-run. We signed all of our paperwork with Adam and he was kind, funny, and helped us understand everything that we were signing instead of just telling us where to sign. We are grateful for the experience that we had here, will absolutely be back in the future for our next car and will be telling everyone we know to go here too! Thanks again to Brad, buzz, and Adam!

  Everyone is professional, but not always friendly. But they fixed my car and helped me find a rental in the interim. I was a little surprised they didn't bother to vacuum or wash my vehicle after fixing it like a lot of other repair shops do, especially give that we pay top dollar at dealerships, but maybe that's just not their thing? So far so good on the repair. My vehicle did come back with a minor dent in the door that was not there before but we will see if they can pop that out for me. Will update accordingly. Also think it is weird they charge $1 for a can of pop. Oilstop, which is wayyyyyy cheaper than the dealership, will give you a can of soda for free. I expected 5 star service...I think it was closer to 4 stars.

  I highly recommend going here and seeing Ralph. Life changing experience.. completely welcoming and comforting and makes sure you get the perfect car that fits you with the best deals. I’ll only recommend Lums to any family/friends from now on and specifically to see Ralph!
