  The service department at Lums has really been turned around and my experience this week was phenomenally better than any in the past 4 years that we’ve been servicing our GMC there. Shaun has taken over as our service advisor and made sure my experience was quick and seamless! I will no longer dread having to take my car in for an oil change, it was THAT much better. Thank you Lums for recognizing the problem and fixing it! And thank you Shaun!

  Took my truck in for service, because Lums is the only ones I trust to touch my truck! And while Art and his amazing dreads were tirelessly working away , and I was doing nothing but chatting with their smoke show of a service advisor Ashlea, I decided to look around the lot and found this absolutely gorgeous K5 GT with basically no miles and flawless!! The friendly and knowledgeable salesman Johnny, showed me its amazing features and told me to test drive it! Needless to say I obviously loved it, and in what only felt like a few minutes Brian and Jake had the numbers crunched and handing me a pen to sign! Absolutely an amazing , fast and easy buying experience! 👌 when its time ill definitely be back!

  We had an incredible experience with this company. Everyone involved went above and beyond to help my wife get her dream car. This vehicle was very hard to find and we did a whirlwind trip from Alaska to this awesome little town to get the only one in the entire northwest! They had the vehicle ready and turned us around and out of the dealership in under an hour all while providing some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced buying a car - which I do often. We were able to get in and out and make it back to Tacoma in time to ship our vehicle home to Alaska. Super thankful for this company and all the people who helped us!

  Lum’s is an amazing dealership With exceptional employees, the best employees in the business if you ask me. Great selection of new and used vehicles. Great service department and a great sales department all Departments are Amazing. Christina in finance is a wizard with finances She is so kind and so nice and so hard-working. if you’re gonna buy a Truck or Car, you should absolutely come here and work with the best Crew In the West. Don’t bother wasting your time going anywhere else to buy a New or Used Vehicle. Trust me A lot of people read my reviews and they trust my opinion.

  DO NOT GO TO LUMS FOR ANY SERVICE ON YOUR VEHICLE!!! We took our 2023 Tahoe (just at 70k miles) to Lums after a transmission code showed up. My husband ran a diagnostic, and the dealership confirmed the same issue. They changed the transmission fluid and said it looked fine. But we were waiting on the valve which didn’t come with the rest of the parts, which caused delay. Then we were told we needed a transmission pan, on backorder for a week, but parts kept getting delayed. By April 30th, they said it would be done May 1st. Then, on May 5th, we got an update that a damaged transmission pan delayed it until May 7th. That day, they called and said we now need a full transmission, contradicting the first mechanic’s notes. They also told us that the first mechanic who worked on our vehicle was fired for not being qualified. We’ve now been without our vehicle for 1.5 months. We had to have a rental for 2 weeks before they offered a loaner that didn’t fit our family of 6 (3 kids in car seats including a newborn), and communication was poor. We were promised call-backs but never got them. Now, we’ve escalated to higher management, insurance, and a lawyer, as we believe they are at fault. As long-time Chevy owners, we are deeply disappointed in this dealership, the management, and the mechanics we trusted.
