  I purchased my Honda Odyssey van from Lundgren a few years ago and now take my vehicle in to perform regular service routine maintenance. Everyone in the service department is respectful, understanding, and efficient. They are fantastic about communicating appointment information and being honest when service is running behind schedule. If anything comes up during appointments they always contact you and get your permission to move forward with recommendations and to make sure you have been informed of any findings and discuss how you can move forward. Keep up the great work Greenfield Lundgren Service Department!

  On 9/29 I took my Subaru Outback here to get a “Fall Special” which included oil change, tire rotation, brake inspection, and alignment check. I picked the car up at around 2:30 PM. The paperwork showed the alignment was a little bit off in the front, but I chose not to address it then. When I left and drove the vehicle home the steering wheel was off center (when I drove straight, the steering wheel was turned to the left. Video Included). When I returned and told the service employee about it, he (older white male) said they didn’t have time to get to it that afternoon. In order to save him the scheduling headache and just get myself the alignment done I said “if I bring it back and get the alignment can you give me a deal?” He agreed and said we could do it for $69.95 instead of the regular $100. Today when I picked up my car after getting the alignment done, I was told it would be $100 and both of the employees questioned me about why and how I was given a discount in a way that made me feel like I had to defend myself and somehow PROVE to them why and how a discount was offered. The gentleman there said that when they do the alignment check they don’t change anything about the steering wheel, insinuating that it couldn’t have been their actions that led to the steering wheel being off. #1) Watch the video. There is NO WAY ON PLANET EARTH I would have not noticed this issue with the steering wheel before this appointment. Whatever they did - whatever it was the tire rotation or alignment check - the wheel was off center after the appointment and not before. #2) Regardless of how or when the steering wheel got off center, it is the service department’s responsibility to make note when one of your employees offers a discount to a customer and says work will be done at a certain price. Don’t make us have to get a signed statement from you or make a voice recording of your employees giving us a discount. YOU keep track in your system when customers are given a di

  Always a pleasant experience. I prefer to have oil changes and inspections done here because I know there won't be an issue if a problem is found. Employees are knowledgeable and friendly.

  Very nice dealership. Friendly helpful people that want to form a relationship with their customers. Was shopping for a low mileage Honda CRV they had some good choices in their inventory.
