  Beware…. You know you are in the right place to look for a vehicle when you walk in and one of the salesman that was helping us was rocking some BAD ASS skull gloves.. huh Dennis… No in all seriousness… I recommend Dennis and Jacob for any of your new or used vehicle needs. I spoke with Dennis on the phone told him what I was looking for and BAM 2 days later he calls saying he found the perfect truck and if I wanted to come look at it I needed to wait a day for it to be ready to see… of course day we go to look Dennis was off but then Jacob stepped in and took good care of us as well. Once my deal was worked out, Brian my husband found a nice truck he was interested in and well we brought them both home within the next 2 days. Dennis and Jacob made these transactions painless, very easy and everyone at the dealership works as a team. There was a known tailgate issue and they replaced the tailgate no questions asked. Then I got my truck home and another issue came about . I called, they sent somebody the next day to pick up my truck, a few days later truck was fixed and they covered all the parts, and labor. They kept us informed on the progress and made this issue for me non stressful. These are great people, tons of laughs while we waited, it was like walking in and buying a truck from family. They were that genuine. 5 stars don’t cut it. I give a perfect 10

  The one sales associate there, Nathan, is so helpful and friendly! I got a lot of help from him with my questions and felt like I learned what I needed to make a decision about what to do about my car. I would absolutely work with him again, he made me feel welcome upon arrival and was so nice!

  We have purchased several vehicles from this dealership. Not only myself, but my spouse, and several other family members. We have never had a bad experience. To say that it feels like visiting with family doesn't even begin to cover it. You aren't working with the stereotypical car lot salesman, you're working with someone that makes you feel comfortable and that YOU get to make the decisions. I've never felt pressured in any capacity. I couldn't be more thankful for the kindness shown to myself and my family. Dennis, Jacob, and of course Frank have treated us to the highest standard. We will always come back here for as long as we need to.

  When I say 5 Stars ….I mean 5 Star Service! I went through a lot before finding the Right Jeep and the Right people to Buy a Jeep from! I Traveled many Miles, Dealt with Bad salesman and Jeeps that looked great but had rust issues underneath.Then a dealership showing a Jeep with 32000 miles and shiny tires. Only to discover it had 4000 miles more than advertised, dry rotted tires, and Bugs all over the hood! Then by accident I see Luther Jeep of Northern Cambria on Facebook. I searched the site and Boom! I see a Jeep! I made one phone call and talked with a Gentleman by the name of Dennis and the rest is History! Trust me I am not easy when it comes to Finding the right Jeep, right numbers, and checking all the Boxes. Dennis was right there the whole time. From Sending me Pictures of the Jeep. To putting the Jeep on the rack and letting me climb under it. Dennis and the Luther Team checked all the Boxes! The Whole Experience was Amazing! Dennis Listened to Me and was patient even when I was difficult. The Vehicle was Detailed! When I pulled on the Lot there was no Question what Jeep I was there for! A BIG shout out to Tracy in the Finance Department! A BIG shout out to the Garage and Detailing Team! A BIG shout out to the Gentleman who brought me my hydration drink that I left on the desk. A BIG shout out to the the whole Luther Team! You Guys Made me Feel Like Family And treated Me Like a King! Listen Don’t be Afraid to Drive to find the right Vehicle and Dealership to Buy from!   I found an ad on Facebook marketplace for a truck that caught my eye. It was a used low mileage truck that was in amazing condition. I contacted Dennis who had posted the ad, he was so helpful with all my questions and concerns about the truck. I live in Iowa which is 800 miles away from the dealership so Dennis sent me all the pictures and videos I asked for of the truck to be sure this was the best fit for me. Dennis was very patient with me and he never was pushy about making a sale. I was treated very nicely and they went above and beyond for me. I flew from Iowa to Pittsburgh PA and when I got into town Dennis had a driver pick me up from the airport and drive me the 2 hours to to the dealership, now that’s amazing customer service!!! Once I arrived and looked in person at the truck it was exactly what Dennis explained it was and I was so pleased. Thank you Dennis for making my purchase go great! Also, thank you Traci for making the signing of all the paperwork quick and easy. I highly recommend you take your business to this dealership, 5 star review!!!
