  Best place there is! Super easy to deal with, unbelievably friendly! They treat you like family! Our salesman Kyle is the best! Goes above and beyond to make sure we were happy and taken care no matter what it was! Everything is explained through out the whole process and they is no pressure at all! Excellent service from start to finish! Thank you again for all your help in finding us the perfect BMW!

  Great experience! Brendin, my sales representative, was awesome and went over everything thoroughly. After I got the car home, we noticed a repair that had been overlooked, but the dealership took care of it immediately. Rob in the service department was on it right away and was amazing to work with as well. I truly appreciate how quickly and professionally everything was handled. Highly recommend! 2nd vehicle bought from Luxury.

  What an amazing experience purchasing our new vehicle with Jeff in sales and Brie who did our paperwork it was the most seamless process from beginning to end, in and out within an hour and a half!   I hadn’t seen Carol for about 20 years- 2004 I think she delivered my vehicle to Okoboji where Don and I lived. She is an expert at knowing her products and maintaining relationships with her customers. When I called her and came to the dealership it seemed time disappeared. I purchased a new Mercedes sedan. She was the only one available, but it was made for me! My exact color- white. The details are exquisite! Her name is Jillian Renee. She is beautiful inside and out! Thanks to all staff for making me feel important. I met so many of you, but want to give a special thanks to Mike Chaplin and Bree.

  I was a little sad when I heard that Patrick retired, but Kyle was equally as knowledgeable, took the time to make sure we got all the bells and whistles that we wanted and didn’t buy things we didn’t need. No high pressure sales, no unwanted phone calls, and he just wanted us to be happy with a purchase if we chose to buy. Definitely would recommend Kyle to anyone looking for a BMW. Very honest and straightforward! Luxury Auto Mall in Sioux Falls has always treated me right and that’s why I returned to buy another BMW from them. Their service is amazing. They have always put my needs first since I don’t live in Sioux Falls. No questions asked! I would recommend their service department as well. 10 out of 10
