  I got a double team of salesmen! Kieth Ginn and David Ainsworth, took great care of me and helped me find the perfect vehicle, they worked very hard, and I am proud to say I am the new owner of a 2026 Dodge ram bighorn! I told them what I was looking for they came up with a plan and found the perfect truck, no upsell no haggling just asked me what I needed and they made it happen! The easiest car buying experience ever. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle or used, I’d greatly recommend going to Mac Haik.

  After a nightmare of a purchase attempt at another dealer, Bobby Kemp, Noah Bonsall, and every other person we interacted with at Mac Haik were a breath of fresh air for my mother and I. They were genuinely friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to put together a deal we were all happy with. No arguing, no haggling - one rework of their offer, and my mom was a happy, new car owner! They made sure everything she signed was explained and understood, and they listened to our backstory of how we ended up three hours from home buying a car (Yes - we drove three hours to this dealership, and will happily do it again!). I can’t thank Bobby and Noah enough for their care and compassion - they truly listened, they truly cared, and they truly made us feel like we were more than a sale. Two happy ladies here who will definitely be repeat buyers. 👏🏻👏🏻

  This place is just different. Finally a Dealership that gets it. The transparency displayed by the entire staff was something I’ve never experienced before. Parker, the General Manager, has built an incredible business in Flowood MS. I see why they are number one. Also, thank you Robbie for doing an amazing job as my salesperson. I love my Truck!!!

  This is probably my favorite review to ever write. This team of guys are true to their word. Not only did they do what they said they went above and beyond. Not only did they fix a mistake from another dealer (sister store of theirs in Houston from a dealer trade type of scenario) freaking fiasco to no fault of their own. I called them after the dealer in Houston screwed everything up. Not one, not two, not three, but four guys got involved and made the other dealers mistake their own. Why did they do this? Idk, I guess they care lol. They showed I mattered. They all went to work. They all communicated. They all made an effort. Hell they went above and beyond all that. I flew there blindly to buy the car they found me as a replacement to after the fiasco from the Houston store. Everything was Ed’s toy as planned and discussed. No funny business. No surprises. All integrity. I really was planning to have it shipped. But after all the effort they made I had to show my appreciation and shake their hands personally. That’s how much it meant to me the level of service, effort, and care they had was worth me flying there and shaming their hand and making sure they knew they were different and appreciated and respected. I hope everyone calls them and buys from these guys because they care and it’s not fluff. I saw action. Heck, I was out of the country communicating with the team along the way and they always replied and they didn’t blow me off or ever not reply. First class. Best car dealer I have ever been to and if I keep buying Vettes it will be from them only. Heck, if I want a specific any type of car I’m going to call them only to see if the can make happen. From now on I’ll never buy another car anywhere else unless they can’t get me what I’m looking for specifically.

  I had a very nice experience at this Dealership. Phone contact the few days before arrival was prompt. Cory the salesman was wonderful. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The entire process was as easy as purchasing a car can be. Beautiful and clean dealership building. One of the cleanest I’ve been in. After 3 decades of buying vehicles, this one ranks really well. I’ll do business with them again.
