“I rarely leave reviews, but my experience buying a truck here was bad enough that I have to. I purchased a GMC 1500 that had its motor replaced under GM warranty. As a condition of the sale, I asked them to realign the bumper and redo part of the front end that hadn’t been done correctly — and we signed a legally binding document stating they would fix it. What I got instead: roughly 90% of the clips broken and trim left hanging off the front of the truck. The sales experience set the tone. At one point the salesman actually told me he was “only making like a hundred bucks off this,” as if that were my concern. Since the sale, this truck has cost me money out of my own pocket to fix what they agreed to handle — on top of what I already paid them. To top it off, I had to fight to get a refund on something I purchased, and I never received a single call back from the right people despite leaving several voicemails. For a dealership to sign a binding agreement, not honor it, and then go silent takes real nerve. I’d urge anyone considering buying here to think twice.”
