“I rarely leave reviews, actually, this may be my first review ever! But my experience with this dealership has been extremely disappointing. I purchased an 2024 GMC Acadia with 14,000 miles on it (about) and put down a really hefty down payment.. only to not be able to drive the car within about a month and a half. I purchased it September 20th and it went in the shop December 16th and has been there ever since. It has now been in the shop for nearly 5 months requiring a full engine replacement—something no customer should have to deal with so soon after purchase. What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication and accountability. The general manager has not reached out to me AT ALL, despite the severity of the situation and the financial burden this has caused. I have continued making payments on a vehicle I have not even been able to drive. At this point, I am not just disappointed in the vehicle, but in how this dealership handles its customers after the sale. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and support. I would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing here to carefully evaluate how they might be treated if something goes wrong.”
