“I’ve been on the lookout for a new truck for the better part of 2 months. I strolled into Malloy Ford in Alexandria on Saturday 14 March with the intention of test driving a 6.7L diesel and a 7.3L gas truck to help me narrow my search. This is where I met Ahmed. He met me and immediately went on a search to find the two trucks I was looking at on their lot. He picked up a dealer plate, and we were off to locate a 2025 Platinum F-350 an a 7.3L gas truck. We went out on our test drive, which was really nice to be able to do in my neighborhood. Malloy Ford is just a few miles from my house and it was nice to be dealing with the hometown dealer. We came back and the team ran the numbers and like most of these experiences, the first round of numbers were a starting point. This is where I met David (Sales Manager) and Daniel (GM). Both of them came by, immediately understood my position and background, and came back meeting my numbers. They gave me the challenge to give them numbers that would cause me to buy, which I did (and they were aggressive), and Daniel / David made it happen. After that, Ahmed introduced me to Aman in the finance department. Aman is a straight shooter, a Marine, and also very interesting to talk to.
