  My son bought his first truck on Monday. Everyone was great and the buying process was super easy! Special kudos to James our awesome salesman and Scott who did the financing. Very happy with the whole experience!!

  Look, driving 6+ hours from New York to Winchester, VA just to buy a car sounds like the setup for a stressful road trip movie. But thanks to Austin at Malloy Ford, it was an absolute breeze. Buying an out-of-state vehicle usually involves enough red tape to wrap a mummy, but Austin handled all the extra steps flawlessly and kept the communication crystal clear the entire time. He made a complicated process shockingly simple. I highly recommend asking for Austin—honestly, I’d brave the New York to Virginia trek all over again for my next ride.

  I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Malloy Ford, Ben provided excellent service, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. He was super attentive and was able to give me a full list of the modifications on the vehicle which was extremely helpful. He was super personable and pleasant to work with. He also made sure I was taken care of. The team went above and beyond to make the car-buying process seamless and enjoyable. Their transparency regarding pricing and financing options was refreshing, and I never felt pressured to make a decision.

  I’ve been contemplating buying a new car for some time now. We pulled into the lot just to look at some additional options. Then out came Ben to greet us. We were looking at Explorers and Ben was quick to start explaining some of the difference and offered a test drive for a 2026 Explorer ST. After the test drive he explained the great deal on the 2025s and took the time to price everything out with his Sales Manager Rickie. There weren’t any 2025 ST’s on the lot so they immediately went to work to get one brought in. After some debating, I went back to Ben to finalize everything. He made the process so smooth and took his time to explain everything. As well as working to get the best deal for my trade in. Then along came Mary in finance. She was the absolute best and thoroughly explained everything. Overall I couldn’t have asked for a better car buying experience and would recommend Ben to anyone needing to purchase a car in the future. Thank you to everyone at Malloy!
