  One word….AWESOME. Nick my salesman was amazing. He listens to uour needs and did everything in his power to get the price I wanted on my used jeep. If you’re looking for a vehicle. I would say see him! Great guy. Down to earth and will work with you. Will recommend him to anyone looking for a new ride.

  This is my third truck from Manahawkin Ram, and the experience has been excellent every single time. There is never any pressure, and the team always ensures I am completely satisfied. Whenever I need clarification on something—usually just because I like to understand every detail—they patiently walk me through it until I'm 100% comfortable before moving forward. I’ve never had a single regret buying here. If you get the chance to work with Woody, the manager, you’re in great hands. He listens carefully, addresses your exact concerns, and knows the entire process inside and out—making everything feel effortless without any pushy sales tactics. This time, salesman Rico joined Woody, and the two of them did a flawless job presenting the truck, handling the paperwork, and delivering the vehicle. We’re lucky to have a dealership of this quality nearby. I highly encourage supporting them—the only thing you have to lose is your temper at a less caring dealership!

  From the first handshake, Rich was polite and professional. Not a pushy salesman. Answered all my questions which made the purchase process very smooth and pleasant. In the end, I was extremely pleased with my new Jeep. Great job! Will definitely recommend.

  My experience here has been a frustrating series of oversights. I went in for an oil change and brake fluid flush, but despite the 'multi-point inspection,' they failed to top off my coolant. I had to return the next day, at which point I also requested a coolant flush. This led to further issues: they overfilled both reservoirs, requiring a third visit to drain the excess. Because the adjustment was made while the engine was hot, the levels dropped too low once it cooled, meaning I now have to return yet again. Most disappointingly, during these repeated visits, they managed to damage the paint on the inner lip of the engine bay. I am very frustrated with the lack of precision and the resulting damage to my vehicle. That being said, the staff themselves are very kind and proactive; they even called me to check in on how things were going. While I appreciate the good customer service, it doesn't make up for the repeated mechanical errors and the damage to my car.

  I had an excellent experience purchasing my vehicle through Nick. He was so personable and paired with Woody the whole purchase was the quickest I have ever experienced, ever. No nonsense with back and forth negotiations, I told them the amount I needed and it was made possible. I highly recommend the both of them when purchasing a vehicle it was smooth, quick and I was happy to purchase the vehicle I wanted so badly! Super happy customer!!!!
