  Wow what awesome and outstanding customer service!!!! So I purchased a New Jeep back in November and it has done good up until Easter Sunday. I took my Jeep to the dealership I purchased it and the service department made me feel like I was a burden. They said they are booked out over a month and refused to even take a look that day to try and see if it’s a simple fix. I then made the decision to contact Mann’s. I spoke with Kevin in services and was made to feel like my concerns were his as well. Kevin was apologetic about the other dealership and promised to do everything in his power to change the experience. So Wednesday morning the jeep wouldn’t start again I had it towed that afternoon. Thursday morning Kevin called to let me know that Robert the tech was about to start looking my jeep over for a diagnosis. Not very long after that Robert made contact with my fiancé and said he found a loose wire and believes it’s fixed. Robert explained he would like to keep it over night to test it in the morning to see if it would start again. This evening we picked up our Jeep and it’s running like it was when it was new. I wasn’t a customer until now at Mann’s but I will definitely keep my business where I’m appreciated and treated more like family then just a number. Outstanding service and I thank you both for your hospitality.

  Great experience! I purchased a used 2025 Ram Rebel. I am 10 hours away from the dealership. They were willing to do everything via text, including appraising my trade. The truck was delivered to me with all paperwork, and their driver returned my trade to the dealership. I reached out to my salesman with a few questions several weeks after the sale. He replied promptly and was very helpful. Fantastic experience!

  Traded in our jeep we got from Manns bargain lot for an upgrade. Trey worked with us and had great communication and got the deal done quickly and efficiently. Our 2nd time buying from Mann’s and we would come back again! Thanks Trey for all your hard work.

  I met with Trey and he was extremely helpful, he even paid attention to my son which not alot of people do because he is so hyperactive which made me appreciate him more. He was very kind, did what he said he was going to do got a great deal for my trade in which was a blessing. I appreciate this man very much.

  I’m leaving a 1 star review because I purchased a 2018 Ford escape from this dealership a year and a half ago we had only owned our Ford escape for three days before the engine light popped up. I immediately called the dealership. They told me to unplug the battery. All that does is reset the codes that does not fix your car then two weeks later, the car completely stopped working because it has engine failure. It needs a new engine. I was able to get in contact to the previous owner. She had only owned it a week when she had to return it because its engine failed and then we purchased the car February 1 of 2025. She returned the ford escape 12/23/24. They have not helped us in any type of way to get us out of this car or to fix this car so it just sits because it’s going to cost us $7000 to fix. They did not disclose that they had knowledge that the engine needed to be replaced. I highly do not recommend this place. They only care about money. They do not care if you are in a safe vehicle that they sell. The engine could’ve easily stopped working driving down the road and caused us to have a car accident thankfully, it stopped working once it was parked. I put in a picture of the carfax to show they done a deep dive into checking the engine before selling us the car. And also the screenshot of the previous owner stating it had engine failure and was brought back and then sold to us. A truly disgusting dealership.
