  Kayla made our entire car-buying experience so easy and enjoyable from start to finish. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely listened to what we wanted instead of trying to push us into something else. We never felt pressured at any point, which made such a huge difference and honestly took a lot of the stress out of buying a vehicle. She was patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help us get exactly what we wanted in our Traverse. Her communication was excellent throughout the process, and she made sure all of our questions were answered clearly. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and wants them to leave happy and confident in their purchase.   I found my dream car on Cars.com and saw that it was available at Marketplace Chevy. Since I live in New Mexico and the dealership is in Louisiana, I was a little nervous because I had never purchased a vehicle long-distance before. What started as a learning experience quickly became the best dealership experience I've ever had. Everyone at Marketplace Chevy was incredibly polite, helpful, and communicative throughout the entire process. They kept me updated every step of the way and made sure I always knew the status of my purchase. There were a few delays with the financing company that were completely outside of Marketplace Chevy's control, but the team remained patient, reassuring, and supportive. They consistently made me feel confident that my dream car would soon be mine. A special thank you to Jessica, Cody, Wesley, and Justin. Every person I spoke with was professional, down-to-earth, and genuinely kind. It's rare to find a team that combines outstanding customer service with such authentic care for their customers.   This was the easiest car buying experience we’ve ever had. Marketplace Chevrolet had us approved with a low interest rate before we ever even stepped foot in the door. We were treated like family! Thank you for the great experience!

  Today will be the last time I use them for any of my services. The gross over charges and upcharges on labor for something as simple as changing an in cabin air filter made for a $300 oil change. You already had it out during inspection to show me it was dirty it cost $50 in labor for you to put a new one in and close up the same compartment you already opened for free to remove the old filter for inspection? Absolutely not worth $50 no special tools needed I will go back to doing my own maintenance. Might warrant an email to the Louisiana Motor Vehicle Commission
