a month agoService Department is very helpful. Mrs. Sabrina is phenomenal. Parts for the recall, Trailer wiring, came in from being ordered. And while I was waiting Mrs. Sabrina kept me in the loop on the progress of the install.

a month agoHorrible experience. Couldn’t make appointments online, had to call (you get an ai bot every time) made the appointment over the phone. When you come in they didn't have any of that information. They took almost 3 days to change my oil and attempt to diagnosis a problem in the car. My service tech was out on day 2 and no one else could talk to me about my car?? No one could help, call or give me any updates. Everything is Ai generated now it’s extremely frustrating. When I came in to pick up the car there was no conversation about what was done to the car I had to keep asking questions. When I asked if there was anyone else to talk to about my frustrations they didn’t give me anyone higher ups information and basically ignored my question. They were too busy talking to other workers to acknowledge me. They pulled the car up with all the windows down?

3 weeks agoIf I could I would give a no star. The service department sucks badly. My truck was dropped off on April 2. Almost 90days later I got a answer that they would be able to fix truck with warranty. The first teck that looked at it claimed that I need a engine. But from what I heard that one isnt there now. Then I also had 3 service writers that couldn't keep me informed of what was going on. It took me going up there and get on them about it. Then a week in a half later I got a answer. At that point I moved truck to another shop. On Monday june 29. That shop did a true diagnostic and found nothing wrong with my truck. Now I want someone to explain to me how this diesel shop in 3 days didn't find anything. But this dealership wants to put a motor in truck?? I will never bring anything back to this place.

a month agoI had a 9:00 AM appointment with Matt Bowers Chrysler Jeep Dodge for a recall repair and dropped my vehicle off the night before as instructed, leaving my keys in the drop box. Throughout the day, I called the dealership seven times between approximately 11:00 AM and 3:50 PM trying to get an update on my vehicle. Not once did anyone answer the phone or return my calls. After hearing nothing all day, I drove to the dealership myself only to find my Jeep still sitting in the drop-off area exactly where I had left it, completely untouched. When I went inside, several employees seemed confused about the situation and acted as if they had no idea why my vehicle was there. After finding my appointment in their system, a supervisor checked the drop box and claimed my key had been “stuck” inside and therefore wasn’t found that morning. Even if that was the case, there was still a vehicle sitting in the drop-off area with a scheduled 9:00 AM appointment, and I had called repeatedly throughout the day with no response. At no point did anyone proactively reach out, investigate, or provide an update. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of apology, accountability, or concern for the inconvenience caused. I understand mistakes happen, but ignoring a customer’s calls, failing to perform scheduled work, and then showing no effort to make the situation right is unacceptable. This was a frustrating and unprofessional experience.
