  Brought a Venue in for service. They had it eight days and did nothing to fix the primary problem the car was in for. They actively lied to me about it when I picked the car up and said that, "The tech said it was working." Nope. Not at all. While they had the car, communication was extremely poor, and we heard nothing at all for the first six days. You are forced into a text message/AI system and you cannot get a response or a phone call. They performed work that was not authorized - a violation of Louisiana law - but didn't charge me for it after they were called on it. They claimed to have spun balanced the wheels, but there were no new weights on the wheels upon inspection. The entire experience was very poor, and the final response from the service manager - David Porter - was to simply blow me off. In more than 50 years of buying new cars and having work done at dealerships, this was the poorest experience I have had to date. No employee had any interest in doing even a minimum to keep a customer. It would be funny if it wasn't sad.

  Mario was amazing to work with! He made the entire car-buying process easy and stress-free. He was patient, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured.   I highly recommend this dealership@ My salesperson Ciara (hope spelling is correct),She worked with me so very friendly! I felt like I knew her for long time. John was so funny and friendly. Everyone there are fantastic. We all know it takes time when buying a vehicle, but time flew. Never pressured,drove away with the vehicle and within my budget! Thanks so much everyone!

  We dropped our car off for a recall on the Transmission for free with no other issues with car. Picked car up drove a few days less then a mile to work. Then took a trip driving for Amazon Prime to Slidell car started making a small tapping sound so I pull into a AutoZone and checked my fluids which all was perfect before going to the dealership and now had no oil showing on dipstick so I added oil due to my situation

  Bait and switch artistry at its finest. Offer a car online at $36995 go in they have dealer add on. When I say I don’t want them, I’m told well our bottom line is really $37495. The real bottom line price was $41000. When I questioned them about the internet price “that’s the internet price to get customers in.” Offered him my phone to show me where dealer adds on are reflected in the online price. He couldn’t find it. See photo
