  Service was okay at first. This was our first time bringing our car here for service, and I was disappointed that the Carfax report wasn't updated with the work that was completed, and the mileage wasn't reported either. Update: I changed my review from 1 star to 5 stars because Mo and Service Manager Matt addressed the issue quickly and efficiently. Their professionalism and diligence made a great impression on my wife and me. Because of how they handled the situation, we will continue having our vehicle serviced at Matt Castrucci rather than Germain of Beavercreek.

  Adham was by far the best salesman I've probably ever had, he was quick to get me the pictures of the truck and answered all my questions and concerns. Josh was great getting me the best rate for the vehicle I've been looking for. Smooth transaction with a great team. Thanks again.
