  Abdul was awesome!! You could tell that he cares about the customer and I got my new Nissan Rouge through him. One of the best car dealers I have ever dealt with. I will definitely be back for my next car and I hope to work with him again. I will recommend him to friends and family. Thanks again, Abdul!

  We had a great experience today at Castrucci Nissan. Our salesperson , Kristen was amazing! She was incredibly knowledgeable about the entire Nissan lineup. We loved her personality as well. Great sense of humor as well. We ended up with a Rogue and couldn't be happier with the entire process. The GM ,Mo even stopped in to shake hands and say hello. Great experience at Castrucci Nissan!

  After having purchased two vehicles, I was impressed with the customer service. However, recently I had to get a recall service on one of the vehicles due to engine malfunction. After a week of waiting on the status, I made a call and no one answered in the service area. I left a voicemail message and no one called me back. So I drove up to the station to check myself. The person who was working on my car was at lunch and no one else could help me. So I left. After another week of no calls and no updates. no response to voice mail messages. I made another visit to the station. This time a young customer service rep looked in her system to see what notes had been left on the work. Apparently the technician was at lunch again. Notes revealed that the malfunction had been repaired but had led to another issue in the engine that was affected. She didn't have any other information or when my car would be finished. She assured me that she would personally call me when the technician returned. Again no follow up calls. Another week, another visit to the station and now into the fourth week with no updates and no calls. Finally at the end of the fourth week a message was left on my phone that my car was ready. This was the most unbelievable and worst display of customer service I have ever witnessed in my life. To say I was frustrated is an understatement. Never again and never will I purchase another vehicle from this dealer.

  Kristen did a great job with all aspects of the buying process. Did everything throughly and quickly and very happy and friendly. Would recommend seeking her out when shopping for a car

  We have now worked with Kristen twice. She has been phenomenal. From the moment we sat down she listened to what we wanted and what we needed. She made both come to fruition for us. We are now happy owners of 2 Matt Castrucci Nissan vehicles that we are in love with.
