  From start to finish the process was easy and thorough. I told JR my situation, what was looking for in a vehicle, and he delivered. Juan helped get all my finance info and deal prepared, and Mr Harvey (I think was his name, sorry!), actually got me an even better deal than I originally agreed to, saving me thousands! Overall, I'm so happy I got what is my 3rd KIA from here and will definitely recommend others to shop here for the customer service, people, and a car that you'll love 💕 ETA: how could I forget they took care of my trade! I was able to get a vehicle that was getting up there in age and take it in for current model year so now I have new car peace of mind!

  Purchased a car today and worked with Bryce. He was so easy going and listened to all my needs. Not only did he get me into something I love but it was something I could afford. Sales and finance team were top tier! Bryce and Harvey were amazing!!

  I recently purchased a used Kia Sorento from another dealership and brought it to Matthews Kia of Cartersville for a detailed inspection. Travis assisted me throughout the process and did an excellent job. He carefully inspected the vehicle and explained the recommended maintenance in a clear and reasonable way, based on the actual condition of the car. He also helped me understand which items should be prioritized and which parts were still in acceptable condition. I really appreciated his professional, honest, and practical approach. Thanks to Travis, I was able to make confident maintenance decisions for my vehicle. I highly recommend Matthews Kia of Cartersville and especially appreciate Travis for his great service.

  This was a straight forward easy transaction. Aundrea was the sales rep I dealt with. Every step of the negotiation was easy, hassle free and friendly. Never was I asked to come into the dealership to get the best deal, nor did I receive pushback on removing dealer adds etc. The resulting sale sheet was clean and the offer was well below every other dealer I talked to (around 6). All of this was accomplished over the phone within a 24 hour window. When I arrived, all the paperwork was in place as discussed. No upsells, no bait and switch, just a clean deal. It was the easiest car purchase I have ever made. In the finance office, Harvey was personable, thorough and efficient. Everything was explained fully and no hidden fees or hard sells on extended warranties were offered..... Just matter of fact "This is available to you if you are interested." I highly recommend Matthews Kia Cartersville. They have certainly earned my loyalty.

  I've been to several Kia dealers for routine service on our 2015 Kia, those were not the best experiences. Was at Matthews yesterday for the first time for routine service. Before I settled in to finish my first cup of coffee in their waiting area they called me to say it was all done! Everything was great and I'll be back.
