  My daughter recently purchased her very first vehicle from Palm Beach Mazda in North Palm Beach, and the experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. A special thank you to Christian, who went above and beyond with white glove service to make sure we found the right vehicle and the right deal. He was patient, professional, and genuinely invested in helping us make a smart decision rather than simply making a sale. We also worked closely with Eric, the Sales Manager, and after some honest back-and-forth negotiations, we reached an agreement that left both sides happy. That’s the kind of business relationship you hope to find when making a major purchase. I would also like to recognize Shane, one of the dealership’s rising stars. The moment we pulled into the parking lot, he greeted us with a smile and waved as if we were old friends. That simple gesture immediately made us feel welcome and set the tone for the entire experience. Genuine customer service like that cannot be taught, and I have no doubt Shane has a bright future ahead of him at Palm Beach Mazda. His enthusiasm, friendliness, and professionalism left a lasting impression on our family. A huge thank you as well to Richard in Finance. In all my years of purchasing vehicles, I can honestly say he was one of the nicest and most efficient finance professionals I have ever worked with. The finance process is usually the part of buying a car that everyone dreads, but Richard made it painless. We were in and out in what felt like 10 minutes. He explained everything clearly, answered our questions, and somehow made all the optional protection packages sound tempting. His professionalism, knowledge, and respect for our time were greatly appreciated. My daughter drove home in a brand-new Mazda CX-30, and as a parent, I couldn’t be happier with her choice.   I’ve been doing business with Mazda of Palm Beach for over 6 years now. One thing I know dealing with Matt, who is right at the service garage, is that he will be strait up with you if it makes sense or if it doesn’t. Look the car business is a business and you really need to understand that they are in the business to make money. What I will say is that Mazda of Palm Beach has been around for a while and can get you a great deal but I will say it’s up to you to stick to your guns on certain aspects of car buying. Do your due diligence and remember no one is holding you at gun point. You can leave at any point and we do live in America where there are opportunities everywhere. I have bought 4 vehicles with Matt and all the vehicles have been great. The service department is also pretty damn awesome, even if it’s not a Mazda that you own, they work on all makes and models at a reasonable rate. Thanks Matt, you are appreciated.

  My experience didn’t start off the best, but I want to recognize both Samantha and Richie for turning things around—especially Samantha, who truly made my experience what it is now. Samantha stepped in, took full ownership, and followed through on everything she promised. Her communication, professionalism, and genuine care completely changed my experience and restored my confidence. She went above and beyond, and I’m incredibly grateful for her. Richie, my salesperson, was also great to work with. He was friendly, helpful, and genuinely gave his best throughout the process. Even being newer, he made the extra effort and went out of his way, including taking time to personally help pick up and deliver my car. Which I truly appreciated. I’d also like to thank everyone else involved behind the scenes who helped make this right. It was a team effort, and I appreciate all of the support. Thanks to them, everything was made right. My car looks amazing, and I truly appreciate the level of care and service they provided.

  Amazing customer service throughout the whole process. This is the second vehicle I purchased from Mazda of Palm Beach and both experiences were great! Maikol was extremely personable and I felt like I had a friend helping me get the best vehicle and deal. He was truly awesome to work with, he is not the typical “car salesman.” We also worked with Eugene Jones (sales manager) and he was also was fantastic to work with. The team at Mazda of Palm Beach yet again went above and beyond to for me. I have and still will recommend Mazda of Palm Beach to everyone!!
