  I has stopped by two different Bay Area Mazda dealerships to test drive a Miata. Neither had the color/spec combination I was looking for. As I was looking online, I noticed Mazda SF had one. I called and Michael answered the phone. He confirmed availability ... I told him I wanted to make sure they are flexible on price before I make the trip to SF. He asked me for my price, he put me on hold for less than two minutes and got the approval from his sales manager. I was surprised. Usually dealers want you to be present before accepting your price. The next day I took CalTrain to SF and walked two miles to their showroom. I was greeted by Dennel who was in charge of my transaction. He helped me with the test drive, answered all my questions, ensured I download the App, etc. I was very impressed by Dennel's professional (no-sales) demeanor. Of course management and Finance were just as professional. Honestly, the whole experience was very smooth and I highly recommend this team. I have to tell you that the other Bay Area show rooms did not give me the same vibe. SF Mazda really stood out. Thank you.

  I purchased a CX-30 from SF Mazda last month, and the entire experience was excellent. First, Daniel provided the most competitive price directly over email. Unlike many dealerships that try to get you into the showroom or insist on phone calls before discussing pricing, he was transparent and straightforward. That made the negotiation process much more efficient and stress-free. When we first visited the dealership, Azaria was incredibly friendly and helpful. We ultimately decided not to take that particular vehicle home because we noticed a larger-than-normal manufacturing variation. While my wife and I took our time deciding, Azaria was patient, understanding, and never put any pressure on us. The following weekend, we returned to look at other CX-30s. We spent nearly an hour in the parking lot carefully comparing several vehicles to find the one with the best build quality. Dennel stayed with us the entire time, patiently unlocking each vehicle we wanted to inspect. Thanks to his professionalism, patience, and positive attitude, we eventually found a CX-30 that we were completely happy with. A big thank you to Daniel, Azaria, and especially Dennel for making this one of the best car-buying experiences we've had. I highly recommend SF Mazda to anyone looking for a transparent, professional, and customer-focused dealership.

  I seriously can’t say enough good things about Azaria at Mazda of San Francisco! He was so kind, helpful, and easy to work with from the moment I walked in. He made the whole process feel super smooth and stress-free, and everything was handled quickly and efficiently. What stood out the most was how genuinely nice he was. He answered all my questions, never made me feel pressured, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. Buying a car can be overwhelming, but Azaria made it such an easy and enjoyable experience. If you’re going to Mazda of San Francisco, definitely ask for Azaria. He’s truly one of the nicest people I’ve met, and I’m so grateful for all of his help. Thank you for making this such a great experience! And I love my car!!

  I picked up a 2026 Mazda CX-30 from Mazda San Francisco yesterday and had an exceptional experience. Marcus managed the entire process flawlessly, was ready with the paperwork when I got there based on our e-mail interactions. From the initial inquiry and credit application to coordinating my arrival for pickup, the transaction was highly efficient and completely smooth.   I had a fantastic experience signing a new car lease (Mazda CX-50 Hybrid) all thanks to Reiden and Dennel! They both made the process super quick, easy, and seamless. Reiden was incredibly responsive, attentive, and helpful from first email all the way through the in person signing. He never made me wait, always had answers, and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. Dennel made the test drive easy and informative; he was efficient, knowledgeable, and all around great to work with! Anytime I had a question Dennel was quick to follow up both in person and over email. I’ve had 3 cars before and dealt with many dealerships and salesmen; my experience more often than not has been pushy and exhausting. SF Mazda was truly a completely different experience from every other dealership I dealt with during this search. Ask for Reiden and Dennel from Mazda, you won’t regret it!
