“I went down there to buy a new car after my car was totaled in a hail storm. I worked with Kyle for sales and Jeff for finance. The car I picked was located at another dealership. They worked on it and made the trade. Early Monday morning we got a call, our car had been sold to someone else. I will tell you, I was furious.
