  I went down there to buy a new car after my car was totaled in a hail storm. I worked with Kyle for sales and Jeff for finance. The car I picked was located at another dealership. They worked on it and made the trade. Early Monday morning we got a call, our car had been sold to someone else. I will tell you, I was furious. My husband made several calls and I reached out to Jeff and expressed my disappointment. And to my surprise, Tuesday we were sitting in another car, same color, same options. Kyle and Jeff worked hard to make it right. I would highly suggest, if you are looking for a car, head down to Mcarthy and ask for Kyle. Furthermore, for financing find Jeff. You will get a great car and a better customer experience.

  Needed to buy a new car unexpectedly after my transmission went out in my truck. They got me some options, financed and back on the road in 2hrs. Brian and Heath were both awesome!

  I highly recommend Leon Hernandez as your salesman! He was absolutely incredible to work with! He listened to our wants and needs when making a decision on buying a new car!   10/10 highly recommend the team at McCarthy Chevy Olathe. Specifically Jamie who literally ran out of the building to catch us and help us get an amazing deal on the exact car we were looking for. His energy was great and not the typical pushy car salesman. We felt taken care of, listened to and not shuffled around like we had been in other dealerships. Thanks to Jamie and the whole team for making the car buying experience actually a good experience. Excited for our new car!
