  Dealership costs here (most of KS) are higher than Missouri, but the dealership was happy to work with me to get me into a new Civic at the price I was happy with. I didn't have issues with the dealer pushing protection plans or dealer add-ons which led to a much better experience than I've had with other dealerships in the past. The dealership had a bit of a mishap while sourcing my car (other dealership sent the wrong car) but Kaiden communicated with me regularly throughout the process to give me updates. If any friends are in the market for a Honda I'll be sending them to Kaiden.

  I had an excellent experience buying my car here. Carlos Pacheco provided truly great service from start to finish, going above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. He was attentive, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure. What really stood out was how efficient he made the entire process. Everything was organized and handled quickly, which made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. I felt confident and well taken care of throughout. I highly recommend Carlos and the team to anyone looking for a seamless and positive car-buying experience!

  I went to look at a very nice late model navigator. Drove it and told the salesman my wife would be by after her shift at the hospital today and confirm the purchase. He assured me it hadn’t even been through the shop and we were good to go. I offered a deposit, and he refused. Then texted me a couple hours later that it had just been sold. She was about to pull in when he texted and was devastated. McCarthy Honda is no different than any other dealership. No values and no integrity. Cheers, Brad and the McCarthy staff.

  I recently purchased a 2016 Honda CR-V Touring from McCarthy Honda and had a great experience. Kaiden Jimenez was extremely helpful, professional, and easy to work with. He helped me get a great deal and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What impressed me most was that, since I was new to the city and didn't have transportation, Kaiden even picked me up and dropped me off. That level of customer service is truly exceptional. Kaiden genuinely cares about his customers, and I believe he has a long and bright future ahead of him. I highly recommend McCarthy Honda and especially Kaiden to anyone looking for a vehicle.

  Great experience with McCarthy Honda. Kaiden is a great salesman and we will definitely be coming back to him for our next Honda! He went above and beyond, even got us a whole box of pastries.
