  I had a great experience yesterday with Michael North. I didn’t feel pressured to buy, all my questions were answered and they did everything to meet my needs and expectations. I thought the pricing and vehicle trade in value was very fair compared to the last few dealerships in the area I had visited. Highly recommend!

  Very poor, do not recommend anyone ever going to this dealership they use every tactic in the book to take advantage of you. Go anywhere but here....especially the collision center. When confronted with the issue they never made good screwing us out of thousands in rental car fees when the repairs were summarily passed over. Thousands in mental anguish and stress to me and my wife not counting lost wages do to lost of vehicle. Then they talked my wife into a trade that favored the dealership in an attempt to smooth things over where the dealership still had the advantage. I am still filing all of this with the Attorney Generals office and the consumer protection board

  I returned to this dealership because of its staff. Used their services on a previous ownership. Always great service. Not only have I purchased a new vehicle, but I also have the support of some great people. They were kind and helpful. I'm 78 years old and as excited as kid to own this beautiful vehicle.   My car buying experience with Nicholas Rausch was by far the best I’ve had. This is my fourth car purchase and I must honestly say, it hasn’t been any better than this. He is extremely professional, personable and kind. He listens and he’s not too pushy. Most dealers treat you like a dollar sign, Nick treats you like a friend. He’s patient, kind, and takes the time to delineate everything, thoroughly answering your questions. He also responds promptly. He’s knowledgeable about what he does and leaves you feeling like you made the right choice. I made my purchase from out of state and was very nervous about making such a huge purchase from 1,500 miles away. He made the process smooth, swift and effective. He had the car delivered to the airport, HASSLE FREE! I 100% recommend Nick as your next car dealer. He won’t disappoint! He even called to check on me on my one year carversary! SO genuine and rare ❤️

  Guillermo Chavez McCarthy Hyundai of Topeka Was absolutely amazing salesman he is very detailed and didn't push me into something he got me exactly what I needed in a timely manner. He carries a great attitude throughout the whole process and made sure that I was comfortable as possible. I'D RECOMMEND HIM over and over to anyone that is looking for a new car. The finance manager was fantastic as well as walking me through that process his name was Travis. My next car I'll definitely choose this car lot again.
