  Bought a 2026 Kia Sportage recently. Adriano listened carefully to my needs, answered all my questions patiently, and made the buying experience comfortable. I would rate him 5/5 for his professionalism and customer service. The overall process took a little longer than expected, but overall I’m satisfied with the purchase. My only concern was with the response regarding my trade-in value from Sales Manager. I understand dealerships need margin for resale, but I still felt the trade-in offer was lower than expected. Based on that experience, I would rate the sales manager 2/5.

  Highly recommend the Mcgovern Kia of Norwood. Dealerships can be risky- Either great or horrible, but this place is great. I can say that good people run this place. You should definitely trust this crew. Amazing service and high quality work. Dealerships are always going to have similar price ranges, but it was still very reasonable and the staff saved me money every moment they could. Erryn was a wonderful help (mainly communicating well with my dad) throughout the whole process of my car being towed there, during service, answering questions, etc. James also walked me through what was done to my car in a really informative and non condescending way, which I really appreciate as a younger woman. The communication is wonderful- I had photos, they asked before they conducted anything, i received texts and calls, never to be left wondering what was going on with my car. My k5 is back to running perfectly- even better actually, got my spark plugs among other parts fixed causing my car to sound amazing again.

  Purchased a 2026 Kia Carnival from Adriano. I had a great experience, he was very knowledgeable of all the car features and helped me find the car with the features and color that I was looking for. He was patient and did his best to gain my business. I really appreciated the experience and am super happy with my new car! He even installed the roof racks on my new car. Thank you!

  I had a great experience purchasing my car 2026 Kia Sportage Hybrid🥰 . Erick made the entire car buying process painless, easy, and stress free from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel pressured.
