  Brought my 2026 GMC Sierra EV to McGrath Buick GMC Cadillac and had a great experience. My advisor, Hugo Canul, was professional, thorough, kept me updated, and reviewed all the work before delivery. Shuttle driver Mr. Ashhey arrived early and made the ride enjoyable. Honest, easy, and customer-focused — I'll be back and will ask for Hugo by name. Highly recommend!

  Our salesperson Saul was great to work with. Explained what each vehicle we looked at had to offer. And answered all our questions. Very happy we went with the sunroof model he suggested we test drive.

  **Update: wow. Just....wow. I'm so happy I have my car back already! I was doubtful this would work out. I got angry then sad and then I just sat and bawled, but all for nothing! Susan in service cleared things up, worked with VW's GM, and they all managed to keep their word. We have found a new home for any service work we need. Thanks Susan...I appreciate YOU!! (Yes, you!)** So far so good. We'll see what gets fixed and I'll update.

  I want to share a shout out to Susan and Zach and the other mechanics in the shop who worked on my vehicle. I’m working here from out of town and noticed my car making a weird noise. They got me in same day at 1pm and worked hard to get my vehicle fixed and ready to go before closing time. I appreciate their hard work and excellent customer service skills. I hope management sees this and expresses my gratitude again!

  I had an excellent experience with McGrath Buick GMC Cadillac from start to finish. The entire process was quick, easy, and very reasonable—exactly what you hope for when purchasing a vehicle. Aiden in sales was fantastic to work with. He stepped in to correct a bungled delivery. He was knowledgeable, straightforward, and made sure everything moved smoothly. It really felt like he had my best interests in mind the whole time. I also want to give a big thanks to Jeff, the manager, who stepped in and quickly assisted Aiden with the delivery issue with my 2026 GMC Sierra. He handled the situation professionally and efficiently, turning what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with how everything was handled. Great team, great service, and a dealership that truly stands behind their customers. Highly recommend!
