  I recently purchased my vehicle from McGrath Honda of St. Charles, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in until I drove off in my new vehicle, the team made the process smooth, transparent, and completely stress-free. A huge thank you to Aaqil Ali, Sales Consultant, who went above and beyond to make this a wonderful experience. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, energetic, and genuinely cared about making sure I found the right vehicle. He answered every question with honesty, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel pressured. What really stood out was his exceptional customer service. Since we were trading in our old vehicle, Aaqil even took the time to pick us up from our home and later dropped us off, making the entire process incredibly convenient. That level of care and dedication is something you don’t come across every day. He was always friendly, positive, and had a great attitude that made the whole experience enjoyable. It’s clear that he truly cares about his customers and goes the extra mile to make them feel comfortable and valued. I would also like to thank Aldo Rodriguez, Sales Manager, for making sure everything went smoothly and for ensuring we received excellent service throughout the process.   Just leased a 2027 Honda HR-V EX-L from McGrath Honda in St. Charles, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I’ve bought and leased many cars over the years, and this was by far the easiest and smoothest transaction I’ve ever had. Everything was straightforward, transparent, and surprisingly fast—no pressure, no games, and no unnecessary back-and-forth. Our salesperson, Johan Lozano, was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He was straightforward, answered all of our questions, and made the entire process stress-free.   I bought the Honda Pilot today and I love it! What I loved just as much was the personal attention I got from this place. My sales guy was Dean and I can’t say enough good things about him, he really knew his stuff. He made sure to show me exactly what I was looking for without wasting my time. Gave me the best price!! I went to 2 Honda dealers and this place went beyond my expectations and such nice people. Dean, Sales manager Mino and general manager Arod were amazing helping me make a decision.   I cannot say enough good things about my recent car-buying experience. Muhammad was my sales person, and he was phenomenal. I was having a hard time deciding between a few different vehicles, but he was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured.   We randomly decided to visit the Honda dealership in St Charles, and that ended up being a great decision. Not only were the staff—especially James the sales associate—so professional, knowledgeable, and altogether very helpful, the St Charles McGrath dealership has some incredible perks I have not seen in any of the other dealerships we visited. I really appreciate the down to earth approach that they had during our visit. It wasn’t a high-pressure visit like so many of them can be. I’m really intrigued by the 24 hour mechanic service, and all the extras we ended up getting in the car. We love our new 2026 Honda Pilot black edition, and are so grateful to this wonderful staff for helping us find exactly what we needed!
