  By far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a car dealership. From the moment I walked in, Sam took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and helped guide me to the perfect car, including the exact color I had in mind. If you’re stopping in, definitely ask for Sam Micaletti he made the whole process easy and actually enjoyable. When it came down to the numbers, Francisco the General Sales Manager worked with me to put together a great deal on the Kia K5, which I really appreciated. Daniel in finance made everything quick, straightforward, and stress free no pressure, just a smooth process from start to finish. The best part was walking out of finance and seeing my car waiting in the delivery bay with a bow on it. Being able to ring the bell afterward was a great touch and made the whole experience feel special. Overall, the team went above and beyond and made this a genuinely great buying experience.

  Ruben and Shane were incredibly supportive during my trade-in and purchase. I’d visited a few other dealerships, but their service was truly exceptional. We were there quite late, and I felt Shane was very thorough, even though it was super late. I wish they had put the wheel locks on for me, but I’ll probably come back and ask them to do it :) Overall, it was a 10/10 experience.

  We had an excellent experience at this dealership from start to finish. Devante was friendly, professional, and focused on making the process as smooth as possible. We never felt pressured or pushed into making a decision, which made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. From the very first phone call, Alex T. understood exactly what I was looking for and immediately offered real help — no games, no pressure. When I arrived at the dealership, everything was organized and professional. Juan C. took care of me in person and made the entire process smooth and easy. He was patient, knowledgeable, and answered every question clearly. The price was exactly as discussed — transparent, fair, and with no hidden surprises. No pressure on add-ons or warranties, just honest business. The whole purchase took about an hour, which is impressive. Everything was straightforward and respectful. I would absolutely return here again and confidently recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a professional and stress-free buying experience.
