  I had a great experience at this dealership. I initially went in just to look at a car I saw online, with no intention of purchasing that day. Everyone was welcoming and never made me feel pressured or rushed. Dayne Ahola was fantastic—professional, calm, and patient throughout the entire process. He let me set the pace, which made me feel comfortable moving forward with the purchase even though we hadn’t planned on buying that day. We ended up staying late, and he maintained a great attitude the entire time and has continued to check in afterward. The business portion with Daniel Keenan was smooth and straightforward with the same no-pressure approach. Overall, it was a personalized, stress-free experience, and I would definitely recommend this dealership

  I’ve purchased two vehicles through Dayne at Mercedes‑Benz of Cary, and every Mercedes I purchase moving forward will be through him. Dayne is truly one of a kind: kind, patient, honest, and incredibly trustworthy. From the moment you walk in to long after you’ve driven off the lot, he remains committed to making sure everything is right. What really stands out is that his care doesn’t stop after the sale. He checks in, makes sure you’re connected with the service department, helps with vehicle setup, warranties, and ensures you’re able to fully enjoy every feature of your car. His professionalism, demeanor, and genuine kindness never change. I promise every interaction is the same level of excellence. I’ve visited other Mercedes dealerships, but the level of customer service here in Cary is unmatched-from the managers to the finance team to the sales staff. You can truly tell this dealership cares about their clients and the experience they provide. Dayne is exceptional, and I highly recommend working with him.

  Adrienna Earp is one of the best saleswoman I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with! She truly cares for her customers, very attentive, knowledgeable, and gets the job done. She goes above and beyond to get you the best deal for your vehicle. This specific Cary location has the most top-of-the-line models. The other Mercedes locations do not have. I highly encourage you to work with her for your next purchase even if you think it’s not possible she will find a way. Trust me to get you the best bang for your buck!

  I recently visited Mercedes-Benz of Cary, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the showroom was bright, clean, and beautifully organized. The G-Class on display looked absolutely stunning in person—much more impressive than in photos—with a luxurious and high-tech interior. The sales consultant was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. They took the time to explain the features and options clearly, which made me feel confident about the brand and the service. The waiting area was also very comfortable, with great coffee and snacks available. Overall, this is a dealership that truly treats its customers with respect and professionalism. Highly recommend to anyone considering a Mercedes-Benz!

  I had an absolutely amazing experience at Mercedes-Benz of Cary. I had the pleasure of working with James in sales and Daniel in finance, and when I say the process was seamless, I truly mean it. I’ve purchased quite a few vehicles over the years, but this experience genuinely stood out. I completed most of the purchase online, came in after a long day of work, and was literally in and out in 45 minutes flat. Incredible. They were professional, efficient, organized, and made what can often be a complicated purchase process feel simple and stress-free. Their communication was clear, everything was prepared ahead of time, and they respected my time, which meant a lot. I’ve visited several Mercedes-Benz dealerships before, but this team was top notch.
