  We purchased our 3rd vehicle last night from Juan Carlos and the incredible team at Mercedes-Benz of College Station, and once again, they exceeded every expectation. We’ve bought vehicles from other dealerships in town, but this team will continue to earn our repeat business. We may come for the vehicle, but we stay for the service. As small business owners, reliability matters. When our vehicles need service, TLC, or unexpected attention, this team makes sure we are still able to work, travel, and keep our operations running without disruption.   I have a RV built on the Sprinter chassis. I had gotten back from a trip Sunday and called MB of College Station. Weeks before a different MB dealer looked and couldn't find anything. So with the same issue I spoke to Svc writer who said get it up to them when I can and they'd look at it. I dropped it off Monday afternoon and spoke to Matt. I explained I had photos of before and after pics along with some pics of research I had done. He looked at them and passed the pics of to the technician that was going to be working on it. By Wednesday they felt comfortable on a solution and proceeded with the repair. They had it ready Friday night but it was too late for me to pickup. I went Monday and looked everything over and all looks good. I also saw a side door seal that was a possible issue when dropping off and asked if they could keep it in our put some tape over it until I picked it up. They did without any issues. It's good to see this type of dedication in the industry. It's farther door me to go here but the experience alone makes it worth it.

  It was a pleasure to work with Kelly. She is customer oriented, humorous and goes above & beyond to ensure you are satisfied. Although I live in Dallas, it was one of the easiest car buying experiences I've had in many years. All was due to Kelly keeping me updated on the status of the S560 and not being pushy. We drove to College Station on a Saturday evening...absolutely loved the vehicle & returned on Monday to make the purchase. It was worth the drive. There wasn't any financing involved, so working with Aimee was a pleasure as well. I will refer family & friends.
