  I want to give a huge shout out to JJ and Kyle. They were great to work with and I left with an amazing product. JJ was very diligent, friendly and pleasant.   I needed a car because my car had broke down I spoke with JJ he said he would find something for me that suited my needs. In two days JJ got me approved for a vehicle. JJ is amazing outstanding!! He listens to your wants and needs everyone was kind and helpful I will definitely continue doing business with Mercedes-Benz of Colorado Springs and JJ is my go to guy he gets it done! Please if you need a nice vehicle check them out and ask for JJ. He will get you in a car that suits you and your pockets.

  Absolutely blown away by the service at Mercedes-Benz of Colorado Springs!! Rose, my service advisor, was beyond amazing! Professional, knowledgeable, communicative and truly fought for me every step of the way. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled perfectly. Steve the manager was equally incredible. Professional, respectful, and the kind of manager that makes you feel valued the moment you walk in. Together, they made what could have been a stressful situation completely seamless. This is hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. If you want people who will actually advocate for you and treat you like family, this is the place to go. Beyond satisfied, lifelong customer after this experience!

  You are better off driving a little ways up north to receive decent business. Terrible experience dealing with the Sales Manager, Kyle. JJ was great at showing the features of the vehicle but slow in response when it came to making a deal (probably due to manager) and just not upfront with basic numbers. Of course I got a text back at the end of the month but Littleton already got my business by then. Go to Littleton, they are great and don’t waste your time!
