  I had a wonderful experience at Mercedes-Benz of Gainesville. My sales rep, Cameron made it super easy to find my dream car. She answered all of my questions and was very informative about all of the features. Overall, we were well taken care of. We will definitely be back!

  This was the easiest, smoothest car purchase I've made in easily 10 years. Curt Curtis, my salesman, was great. I went in to trade my 2023 Jeep Gladiator for a Mazda Miata Mx-5, and the way I was treated was awesome. From Curt to finance to delivery, everything was smooth and painless. Everyone treated me like I was buying a Maybach, not a Mazda. That is so hard to find in today's economy. Without a doubt, Curt and MB of Gainesville have gained a customer for life.

  I was servicing my Mercedes-Benz GLK350. I looked at the cars for sale in the lot and fell in love with a 2021 GLB 250. I spoke with Cam Clark, a sales representative. She was very kind and professional. She made my purchase very quick and on the terms I wanted. I highly recommend her when you go to Mercedes-Benz; ask for her. You'll leave with a car and a huge smile. Thanks also to the Finance Department.

  While owning any car can be fraught with the headaches of daily maintenance and needed longevity repairs, I have found MBG to be professional, prompt, and polite! From repairs with service writer Patrick Bowles, to sales with Angela Monroe, each interaction has been genuine...there is an element of "caring" that we consumers need in this "interesting" period in our nation. A Tampa dealership revealed their lack of integrity, yet it was restored the first time I returned to have my car serviced in Gainesville! Thank you each for being a viable part of the "good" we need, in individuals and our world-at-large! Three, of the 30 cars I have owned, the '20 E 300 is one of the best handling, and most efficient.

  Updated: My experience started off terribly, but Cameron and Julio completely turned it around. After confirming my appointment multiple times with Chris, I drove two hours to test drive a vehicle, only to arrive and wait 30 minutes to find out it wasn't even available because it was in service. Having your time wasted like that is incredibly frustrating, and it's something that should never happen at a Mercedes-Benz dealership. Thankfully, Julio, the Finance Manager, immediately stepped in, acknowledged the situation, and promised to make things right. While no one can give you back the time you lose, I genuinely appreciated that he took ownership of the issue instead of making excuses. To make up for the situation, they went above and beyond by having Cameron personally drive the vehicle to my home so I could finally test drive it. That level of follow-through showed they were serious about earning back my business. From that point on, the experience became what I expected from Mercedes-Benz. Cameron was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me. She knew the vehicle inside and out, answered every question thoroughly, and never made me feel rushed. She stayed with me while I worked through the numbers and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. If you're shopping for a Mercedes, ask for Cameron. She delivers the high standard of customer service and professionalism that every Mercedes-Benz customer deserves. Thank you, Cameron, for stepping in, bringing the vehicle to my home, and saving what could have been a completely disappointing experience. And thank you to Julio for taking responsibility, acting quickly, and doing everything possible to remedy an otherwise very unprofessional situation.
