  My parents and I have been working with Ray Yambao for over 10 years now. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the level of service he consistently provides. Whenever I have a question or need assistance, he’s just a quick call or text away, and I know I can rely on him and the Mercedes-Benz of Long Beach team to get everything handled quickly, effectively, and efficiently.   I have been a loyal Mercedes-Benz customer for many years, and since I first met Marcos Lopez, I have purchased seven Mercedes-Benz vehicles through him.   I have been servicing my 2021 GLE 350 at Mercedes Benz of Long Beach for over 5 years. Dan Grammer has been my service advisor ever since I have been going there. Dan has taken great care of my vehicle and me. He is like an old friend whom I can trust to guide me on what I need for my car. He is very personable, easy-going, and so great to work with. He is very accurate in the timeframes of the service, and he keeps me well informed if there are any changes. I truly appreciate the great customer service that he consistently provides me. He makes me feel like a valued customer. That is why I seek him out as my advisor when I need my car serviced. He knows my vehicle and he helps me keep it running in top shape.   Need a great sales man? I found him. His name is Marco Alexander- Mercedes Signal Hill. I had an outstanding experience working with Marco Alexander -Car Salesman-Mercedes Signal Hill. Marco is sharp, thorough, and truly stands out from the rest. His professionalism and attention to detail are on another level. Some people are on another level. Some people can be replaced, but not Marcos. Marcos is worth every penny, and honestly deserves a raise. I won't be dealing with anyone else from here on out. He's my go-to car salesman a Mercedes-Signal Hill.
