  I have been working with Paul since last week on a lease. Since we live an hour and a half away, I sent all of our information ahead of time, including our trade-in details, payoff amount, down payment, and exactly what we were looking for. I was very clear about our requirements and asked several times if the numbers I was given were final. Each time I was told they were. Based on that, my husband and I drove all the way to Loveland with our three children, including our four-month-old baby, ready to complete the deal. When we arrived, we were greeted by Brian. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst dealership experiences I have ever had. From the moment we walked in, his attitude was rude, dismissive, and arrogant. He spoke to us with a level of disrespect and condescension that no customer should ever experience. Throughout the conversation, his tone was unprofessional and made us feel like we were inconveniencing him. He even suggested that we should go make a deal somewhere else. When the paperwork came out, the numbers were not what we had been sent. I don’t know how a deal goes from $3,000 down to $7,000 down when everything had already been discussed and confirmed multiple times. We explained that these were not the numbers we agreed to, but there was no effort to help, clarify, or find a solution. As we were leaving, Brian told us, “Don’t call me tomorrow and tell me you want the deal.” After driving three hours round trip with three young children based on the information your dealership provided, that comment was completely unacceptable. I understand that not every deal works out. That is not the issue. The issue is being told one thing, driving all that way, being presented with different numbers, and then being treated with disrespect when asking for an explanation. We came ready to buy a vehicle. Instead, we left feeling misled, disrespected, and extremely disappointed. Based on this experience, I would never do business with this dealership and

  I had an excellent experience at Mercedes-Benz of Loveland, thanks to Michael Baker and Brian Butler. They were both incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from start to finish. There was zero pressure—just clear communication, patience, and genuine professionalism. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I truly felt taken care of. Highly recommend asking for Michael and Brian if you’re in the market for a Mercedes-Benz.

  Has to be my best experience ever in buying a vehicle! Nick the salesperson, Felipe the paperwork guy and Nick the general manager all made my experience 100% (and no I’m not getting paid for this review!) I live in Kansas and worked a deal over the phone and text messages. I’m not joking when I say I was in and out in 45 minutes because that is the truth! Picked up my vehicle Saturday and will share a few pictures with you. Beautiful dealership and excellent customer experience.

  Bryan was super attentive and communicative while my car was being serviced. Loved that I now get a postcard on my dashboard stating my car was washed, carpets vacuumed and windows washed by a certain individual who signs the card. A very nice touch with the service department and very much appreciated! Thanks!

  I own an RV based on a Sprinter extended chassis and took my unit in for warranty work. The techs and service manager were very responsive and handled the work quickly and completely.
