  We recently purchased a Mercedes GLA for our daughter, and the entire experience was exceptional thanks to Zahid Sharif. From start to finish, Zahid made the process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. What truly stood out was the personal attention he gave our family. While I was meeting with the finance department, Zahid took the time to sit with both of my children and patiently walked them through many of the car’s features and functions. He made sure they felt comfortable and familiar with the vehicle, never rushing them and answering all their questions with genuine enthusiasm.   After searching for months for my dream G-Wagon, I can confidently say that working with Jeff Lao made the entire experience unforgettable. I’ve purchased several Mercedes vehicles over the years from different dealerships, and Jeff provided the best customer service I’ve ever received. From the moment we started looking, he stayed in constant communication, kept us updated every step of the way, and worked incredibly hard to help us secure the exact vehicle I wanted.   I ordered an S-Class here and just picked it up. The buying process was super easy, I never felt any pressure, and I was able to order the car exactly like I wanted it. Jeff Lao was very helpful in helping me configure the car and kept in regular touch while the car was being built. Overall, the whole experience was uncomplicated and painless, and I love my new Mercedes! Would definitely recommend shopping for your next Mercedes here!

  I was ready to buy and luckily Matt was there to help me. I ended up getting a beautiful electric EQS and it’s the most beautiful car I have ever had. Matt was patient, not pushy, and explained every last detail. I feel like if I have any more questions, which I will, he will respond right away.
