  I had an excellent experience purchasing my Mercedes. Dillon, my sales rep was phenomenal! The entire team was friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating throughout the process. We received a great deal, and they made the car-buying experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. I absolutely love my new car and couldn't be happier with my purchase. I look forward to purchasing another vehicle from them in the future. Highly recommend!

  Mercedes of Raleigh offers a huge inventory of beautifully appointed cars. Of course a very knowledgeable sales person is key in walking you through all the options. We have purchased three cars from Clare and not only is she very knowledgeable, she is absolutely wonderful to work with. Years of experience with Leith cars makes her the one to ask for upon arrival! Love our new car, Thank You Clare for making this happen for us!!

  I recently purchased a used Mercedes and took it to Mercedes-Benz of Raleigh for a check-over. I am very pleased with the service I received from both the Service department and Parts department. Desmin in Service was very helpful, keeping me informed of the progress and answering all my questions. He was doing what looked like 50 things at once but still made sure all my questions were answered clearly and concisely. Tony in the Parts department knows what he is talking about and quickly acquired the couple of accessories I wanted for the car (Tesla charger adapter and cargo liner). I have found my Mercedes service center in Raleigh for all future needs.

  I drove 3.5hrs away to buy a CPO sedan from Keith and he was a pleasure to deal with. I had a bunch of questions before making the drive to trade my car in to which everything he told me was true and accurate. Ian was also great handling the issue with my title on trade in and made the process seamless. Everyone was super friendly at the dealership and even made popcorn for my son while we waited. This is a very well run and clean dealership and I'll be doing more business down the road with them. Thank you Keith and Ian for everything!

  We had the pleasure of working with Keith at the Raleigh Mercedes location and he was such a pleasure. He understood exactly what we wanted and wasted no time, which we really appreciated considering we had our toddler with us. He was very patient with my little and very knowledgeable! He made sure everything went smoothly for us so we could be in and out with a new car fairly quickly. He was personable and friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed working with him. I would highly recommend anyone see him! Furthermore, everyone we met including the manager was out standing in making our experience a 10/10. They handled all the paper work and the experience truly felt luxurious. Thank you to everyone for this! The experience itself keeps us wanting to be Mercedes drivers forever.
