  It’s rare to find a place that combines great customer service with real integrity. This weekend we had an outstanding experience at Mercedes Benz of San Luis Obispo and felt it was worth sharing. From the moment we walked in the team was welcoming, professional and genuinely focused on helping - not pressuring.   I am extremely disappointed with MB of San Luis Obispo! I purchased a 2025 GLC 3000 in January 2026, and with just 3.5 months of ownership, I start getting a warning that a sensor was "temporarily unavailable." Every time this happened, I lost the ability to use cruise control, not what you expect from a luxury vehicle. After brining it in, the issue turned out to be cause by a spider living behind the front Mercedes emblem, blocking a sensor. What's frustrating is that I was charged over $400 for the "repair" because it was deemed "not covered under warranty." Mercedes-Benz should seriously consider improving the design of this sensor system, especially since it is internal, so something as minor as a spider doesn't disable a KEY SAFETY feature. For a vehicle and brand at this level, I expect much better customer support!

  This dealership and it's employees exceeded all my expectations, and truly made my buying experience exceptional! I worked with Jorge, and he made the entire process seamless with only 2 hours in the dealership. I have bought many cars in my life, and never was able to get out in less than 4 hours. He was so kind and friendly and I would buy a million Mercedes from him if I could! Mike iand Leo in finance were a joy to work with and were extremely knowledgeable and quick. To top it off, I was given a beautiful birthday gift! I could not be more pleased with my experience and think it was absolutely worth the 3 hour drive from L.A!

  I worked with Justin on a pre-owned and cannot recommend him enough. Got me great pricing, communication was fantastic, and the process could not have gone more smoothly! Also really happy with my vehicle. Shout out to the finance team too for an equally smooth process on their end.

  Isn’t the true mark of customer loyalty buying from some place twice? SLO MBZ serviced my 2016 for eight years and when I needed a new one, Evan was the only sales guy in the entire state to call me back promptly offer me the best price and give me outstanding service. I have to drive an hour and a half to get these guys and it’s worth it. Highly recommended.
