  I had a very nice experience at Crown Mercedes. My salesman, Matt Morgan, was professional, friendly, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. He was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and made me feel comfortable throughout.   I am very satisfied with this Mercedes Benz dealer. I spent several days unnecessarily with another local Mercedes Benz dealership, but the purchase did not happen because we could not agree on the price of the car I had selected. Since I found the right car for me at the Crow Mercedes Benz dealer, the dealer immediately sent me all the important information about the selected car upon my inquiry. The salesperson Wally Abdulla answered everything I asked, and after the test drive, I bought a very nice Mercedes AMG car. Thank you.

  rarely leave reviews, but Mauricio Garamendi absolutely deserves one. From the moment I walked into Crown Eurocars, Mauricio made the entire experience enjoyable, stress-free, and professional. He is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, patient, and genuinely cares about helping you find the right vehicle instead of trying to sell you just anything. Buying this car was a dream come true for me, and Mauricio made that dream even more special. He took the time to answer every question, explained everything thoroughly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed.   Zoltan Krempaszky already did a fantastic job when he sold my son his 2025 C300, so there really was no other choice! He did a brilliant job getting me a great deal on my 2026 GLE 450e! Excellent customer service by both Zoltan and my MB Ambassador Tony Cintron! Well done guys!

  I cannot say enough great things about this place! We worked with Isaac, Matt the manager for used cars and Tyler in finance to get our Mazda CX-5! They were so patient with us were helping us every step of the way. Thank you again for providing great customer service!! Will always recommend Crown Eurocars! They made the process so easy and really do treat their customers great. We love our new car so much and can't wait for it to be our forever car!
