  We had the best car purchasing experience at Mercedes-Benz of Tallahasse that we have ever had anywhere, Our salesman was Julian Weaver and he just the best. He's very knowledgeable of all the inventory they have which is a lot. He was quick to respond to our request for quote. Sent videos of the car we were interested in, the build sheet (all options), an initial quote. He communicated with us via text and email at our request. He was never pushy which we appreciated very much. We had mutually agreed on price subject to a test drive. When we arrived for the test drive he was completely prepared with all the paperwork ready, no hanging out waiting on paperwork. He then set up and customized the many of the car's features for us. We left feeling we had gotten a good deal, pleased with experience, saving our time was important and made a friend.

  I would like to share my recent experience at Capital Euro Cars. After having two prior unsatisfactory visits, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service I received from Jessica Wade-Easley. She completely changed my perception of the dealership. Jessica demonstrated extensive knowledge of every Mercedes model and took the time to explain each detail with remarkable patience and professionalism. Her ability to make complex information clear and understandable truly stood out. Thanks to her dedication and expertise, this became the best car-buying experience I have ever had. Jessica is a true asset to Capital Euro Cars, and I would highly recommend her to anyone considering a purchase there.

  We recently purchased a Mercedes Sprinter van here and had such an amazing experience from start to finish. Colin was incredible from the moment we walked in. As a younger couple, it meant so much to be treated with genuine respect and kindness. He made us feel comfortable, valued, and never pressured. Claude made the paperwork process quick and seamless, and Janice was wonderful in getting everything finalized for financing in such a timely manner. We also really appreciated how kind and accommodating the GM was, he took the time to meet with us and help make the deal happen. Honestly, this was one of the nicest dealership experiences we’ve ever had! Everyone was professional, respectful, and truly caring. We’re so grateful and would highly recommend them!

  Julian Weaver made the entire car-buying experience exceptional from start to finish.
