  I recently bought a 2020 Kia K900 from Metro Kia of Madison and had a very smooth experience. I was an out of state buyer with payment already in hand and Aiden my sales advisor was willing to work with me to make the transaction as seamless as possible. There were little to no issues and Aiden was very friendly, knowledgeable and transparent. This is a great place to buy a Kia!

  I purchased my Kia Seltos from Metro in 2021 and have been coming here since for every oil change. Daniel from the service department is truly the best. Every time I come in, he makes me feel like family while I wait for my vehicle. He’s informative, kind, and is always working extremely hard to ensure that everyone’s service is completed in a timely manner. His hospitality and care for every customer makes ALL the difference!

  My husband and I started car shopping here and didn’t find what fit us. But our salesman Tony Takov kept looking for us! We ended up back there with his help! It was a very smooth process along with the assistance of the finance manager! We drove away in our 2025 Kia Niro! We love our new car!

  I had a great experience with Metro Kia! I worked with Mark on my first visit, who was very patient with me and understanding about my wish list, trying out a few different vehicles, and answering my questions. I felt zero pressure and got a lot of great information. I came back to purchase my vehicle and worked with Jose (Mark knew he wouldn't be in and had Jose filled in on everything we had talked about previously). He was great at getting everything going quickly so there wasn't any waiting around. When my car wasn't ready for delivery before I had to go to work, he took the time to drive it to my workplace later that day to deliver the vehicle personally. Talk about above and beyond! Highly recommend for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

  Can't say enough about this team. I have been looking for a specific car for awhile. I live out state, so buying a car sight unseen can be stressful. Jacob went out of his way to make sure all my questions and concerns were answered. He worked on my schedule and made things extremely easy for me. When I arrived Jacob had everything ready, Dan went through all of the paperwork and I was off. Love the car, thank you for appreciating my time!
