Luis Leyva truly stood out—not because he was trying to “sell” us something, but because he genuinely cared about the experience we were having. He took his time with us, made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way, and treated us like people, not a transaction. That kind of energy is rare. He helped make a really meaningful moment for my husband come to life, and we’ll never forget that. Carlos Gómez and Julio Bardina in finance were just as amazing. They made everything feel easy, clear, and honest. No pressure, no confusion—just real support and guidance. They made sure we understood everything and felt good about every decision we made.
