9 months agoHad an excellent experience with Ernest and the rest of the team at Middleton Ford. We live almost 4 hrs away and the 24' model year 2 door broncos were at their best price, however they are getting to be few and far between in the 2 colors she wanted. Eruption Green and Azure Grey. They didn't have the green, but the price was way too good to pass up and she was ok with the Azure. Been enjoying it very much. Thank you Middleton Ford!

a month agoSteve Statz truly understands customer service! After spotting a newly traded-in used car that had just been listed, Steve went above and beyond to secure the vehicle and personally drive it to my location so I could see and test drive it. Hands down, outstanding customer service, Steve!

2 months agoI met with Brad on a Jeep Grand Cherokee L Limited and it was honestly the best experience I have had buying a car. I have been researching for months and found this car at Middleton Ford. The process was seamless and I did not feel pressured at all. When it came time to purchase Brad had everything set to go and I walked in with my down payment, proof of insurance, signed the paperwork and I was on my way in my new car. I will definitely be going back to purchase any future cars with them as they were wonderful! Thank you again Brad for working with me on this purchase! Great job Middleton Ford and keep it up!

From looking at a vehicle on the lot to the full life of the vehicle, they know what they are doing and keep me coming back. You can pull into their lot knowing whatever you are there for it will be done - quickly and accurately - so you have the ability to trust what you are driving is safe and reliable as well. 6 months agoGreat experience at Middleton Ford. Noah in the service department was excellent — clear, honest, and easy to work with. He explained the diagnostic process, kept me updated, and made sure only what was actually needed was done. The issue was fixed quickly, and my car is running great now. Professional, straightforward service. I’d definitely recommend Noah and Middleton Ford.
