  Honestly best experience I have every had buying a car. I worked with Trevor. He was amazing. Walked me threw and answered and explained every question I had. He even called me to answer questions on his day off. I mean who does that. Great guy!! Nick, I belive that was the fiance gentleman's name. He made a boring situation great and explained everything. Serives dept. Has been amazing as well. I ordered parts to add on my truck and they have made sure I was taken care of. Like I said before best, experience I have ever had.

  I can't say enough good things about my experience with Middleton Ford. From the first conversation to taking delivery of my new 2026 F-350, everything was handled professionally and exactly the way it should be. Buying a vehicle is a significant purchase, and the entire team made the process straightforward, transparent, and completely pressure-free. Every question I had was answered honestly, communication was excellent throughout, and they followed through on every commitment they made. The truck I purchased had a few very minor hail dings from being used by their marketing department. Before delivery, they had them professionally repaired using paintless dent repair, and the truck was absolutely spotless when I picked it up. That attention to detail really showed how much they care about doing things the right way. The financing process was just as smooth. They worked directly with my credit union to secure the financing I wanted, making the paperwork quick and hassle-free. What impressed me the most was that the outstanding customer service didn't stop after the sale. They've continued to answer questions and help me with anything I've needed, which says a lot about how they treat their customers. If you're looking for a dealership that is honest, professional, and genuinely committed to taking care of its customers before, during, and after the sale, I highly recommend Middleton Ford. I'll absolutely be back for my next truck.

  I met with Brad on a Jeep Grand Cherokee L Limited and it was honestly the best experience I have had buying a car. I have been researching for months and found this car at Middleton Ford. The process was seamless and I did not feel pressured at all. When it came time to purchase Brad had everything set to go and I walked in with my down payment, proof of insurance, signed the paperwork and I was on my way in my new car. I will definitely be going back to purchase any future cars with them as they were wonderful! Thank you again Brad for working with me on this purchase! Great job Middleton Ford and keep it up!

  I had a great experience buying my BMW from Middleton Ford, and I highly recommend working with the salesman Devin. He communicated clearly, responded quickly to all my questions, and was completely transparent throughout the entire process. This was especially helpful, as it was an out of state car purchase. Devin even arranged to have the dealership's inspection completed early so I could test drive the car sooner. I was able to get a very competitive price on the car purchase and on my trade in. After the sale, he went above and beyond by helping get the car title processed and overnight mailed to me. His professionalism, honesty, and dedication to customer service made this one of the easiest and most enjoyable car-buying experiences I've had. Thanks again, Devin!

  Having just purchased a new Ford vehicle from Middleton Ford I have to comment on the excellent service and what an effortless experience it was. Alex Pien, our salesman, was knowledgeable and efficient. He even came in on his day off to complete the sale! No high pressure just an effort to procure the perfect vehicle for our needs. Stacy, finance director , was professional and made all the legalities understandable and took care of all the details. The deal was better than Carvana or the Chevrolet dealer could make. I will purchase my next vehicle from Middleton Ford!
